You’re Not Ready for 2019

New Year, new you? 🤔🎉

Seriously, are you ready for the New year?  🤔

What’s one thing that you’re doing to get ready?

Read the blog for deets on what you need to do before 2019.

Start Again + Thrive

Welp . . . here we go again. It's AUGUST! It's the weekend of the summer ya'll!

Speaking of weekends, I was beating myself up over the weekend . . . why?

Well . . . I haven’t paid attention to my health goals for the summer. . . Basically, summer is almost over, Winter is coming and . . . you know how the story goes.

I had 2 choices, live in regret or take advantage of August.

So, I'm starting over. It'll help me with CUD.

Are you reluctant to start again?

My #31DaysofFitness

My #31DaysofFitness

Recently I had an epiphany. I knew I had to get my butt up and start moving. If I was expecting a blessing of good health, I had to be willing to get up and work for it.

I decided to put my big girl britches on and do the work. I came up with this bright idea to go live on Periscope while working out for a few times a week. It’s the #31DaysofFitness challenge.

What fitness lifestyle changes are you committing to before the new year? If you need some accountability or support and want in on the fun, make sure that you’re following me on twitter.

Lots of #lessons learned from traveling home to the #VirginIslands.

Things that we often take for granted — electricity, running water, wifi, a hot plate of food and so much more were scarce commodities. Witnessing the devastation by hurricane Maria & Irma firsthand reminded me that family + community is everything - without them life is meaningless.
