Last week I spent six 12-15 hour days, 70+ hours sitting in my mess.

​I thought that I was culminating  my “Neuro-Transformational Coaching” certification. Thought I needed ​the last of my 60 hours of training to go back home and serve others. Partially.

Those 70+ hours were really about me.​

Removing the veil and taking it all in.​

​Being able to sit in your mess . . . 😨

Just being. 🙃

Literally. 😔

Not trying to fix it or making it “look” different. 🤭

“The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.” 

As simple as it may sound, it’s true. The best time to make a plan was 20 years ago, but the second best time is now! Tomorrow isn’t promised. That’s why today is a present.

Big picture planning without creating action fades quickly for me. There’s been many years that were “new” but it was the same old me. I’ve been using what I like to call my ACTION PLAN.
